I will walk through the process of pulling images from Flickr and theming them using jQuery. Flickr can be a great tool for community websites to make photo sharing easy and accessible to everyone. By automatically importing those images to Drupal the photos can be themed in a variety of ways to build just about any type of photo gallery imaginable.

I will go through the whole process of Drupal-based development -- starting from a conceptual design, finding existing Drupal modules, the process of developing a new module, and then some tips on theming the output. Emphasis will be on using existing Drupal modules and functionality (CCK, Views, Imagefield, Imagecache, etc) as a basis for new development, plus best practices for using jQuery and tips for building any sort of image gallery you can imagine.

Besides lots of tips and techniques for module developers and themers, this will be a great session for evaluators to see how Drupal can be extended and themed for any use.
